When Colton was younger, his uncle, Steve, would come over and take Colton to drag races and frequently go to junkyards. They restored a minibike together. From then on, Colton was hooked. Colton found himself servicing all the neighbors’ vehicles for regular tune-ups.
In high school, Colton started working at O’Reilly’s to be around cars and buy parts at a discount. He pulled his great-grandfather's 85 Chevy out of the barn. This would end up being Colton’s first complete restoration.
Colton graduated from Montgomery High School in 2008 in Houston, TX. His family relocated to Augusta, KS. Colton started working at a metal fab shop where he perfected his welding skills. In 2009, he started attending McPherson College. In 2011, he purchased the shop in Augusta, off State Street. Colton loves the location and small-town environment. While in college, he started working on restorations part time. In 2013, Colton graduated from McPherson College and has been working full time on restorations, paint jobs, and small collision jobs since.
Justin Jones, Full-Time Employee
Justin graduated from WTI in Electronics in 2013. Justin does various tasks around the shop but mostly finds himself working on block sanding, dent repair, mechanical work, and other collision repair work.
